Southland Industries Opens Newly Renovated Regional Headquarters in Loudoun County

Southland Industries, a leader in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) building systems, has consolidated its Mid-Atlantic regional headquarters into a newly renovated Class-A office space at 21000 Atlantic Blvd, Suite 110, Sterling, VA 20166. The 47,000-square-foot facility will serve as a hub for Southland’s employees in the region, reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to Loudoun County.

Founded in 1949, Southland Industries has grown to become a nationwide team of 7,400 professionals providing integrated, full lifecycle solutions in engineering, construction, service, and energy expertise. The company has consistently been recognized for its industry leadership, including being recently named the largest mechanical contractor in the Greater Washington area by the Washington Business Journal.
