In the past several months, America has undergone drastic domestic and international policy shifts with major implications worldwide for poverty, public health, the climate, scientific research, and more. In the wake of such massive changes affecting the well-being of millions, it’s easy to feel paralyzed by the sense that anything you do would amount to nothing more than a tiny drop in a really, really big bucket.
