It seems as if, every time Sam is in the staff room at work, coworkers are talking about their new diets, weight loss, how they’ve been ‘good’ not to succumb to the ‘temptation’ to eat cake today, and how they were ‘naughty’ on the weekend because they had a large meal with friends.
