What You’ll Do:
- Contact healthcare providers to negotiate medical claim payments
- Review, research, and resolve high-volume claims
- Educate providers on Claritev’s process and online tools
- Track savings, address disputes, and finalize claim agreements
- Work with internal teams and follow HIPAA protocols
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 6+ months of healthcare industry experience (billing, coding, collections, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle confidential data and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer software
Licensing may be required depending on the state and claim type.
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $15.07–$20.32/hr
- Schedule: Full-time, remote
