Psychology needs… an AI revolution
To say that psychology needs an ‘AI revolution’ might falsely imply that such a revolution is not already happening; in fact, psychology’s AI revolution is well-and-truly underway. Large language models have found their way into so many parts of the psychologist’s day-to-day activities. Whether it be as a tool to assist in teaching (Kasneci et al., 2023), to predict the results of scientific experiments (Hewitt et al., 2025), or to identify ‘jingle-jangle’ fallacies in psychological construct spaces (Wuff & Mata, 2025), these models are already reshaping the research landscape. ….[READ]
