Loudoun Economic Development and Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber Sign Historic MOU

In a significant move towards fostering economic growth and inclusivity, Loudoun County Economic Development (DED) and the Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (NOVAHCC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This strategic partnership aims to support and empower small businesses, particularly those within the Hispanic community, by providing enhanced access to resources, funding, and networking opportunities.

The MOU outlines a collaborative framework that will leverage the strengths and expertise of both organizations to deliver tailored business development programs, create a robust network of mentors and peers, and promote inclusivity and diversity in economic strategies.

Buddy Rizer, Executive Director of Loudoun Economic Development, emphasized the importance of this agreement, stating, “This partnership with the Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber is a significant step in furthering our mission to foster economic growth in our small business community.
