Looking for work-from-home companies that hire fast? Some remote employers can take weeks—or even months—to move applicants through the hiring process, but that’s not always the case.
I’ve personally been hired by several legitimate work-from-home companies where the process moved surprisingly fast—within about one week!
Below, I’m sharing 7 work-from-home companies that hire FAST based on my personal experience.
Please note: Hiring timelines vary by position, applicant volume, location, assessments, interviews, and background checks. These companies hired me quickly, but that doesn’t guarantee every applicant will be hired within one week.

Depending on what’s available, you may find opportunities in customer service, claims, operations, finance, technology, sales, and other areas.

Finding companies that move quickly is only half the battle. There are also a few things you can do to improve your chances of moving through the hiring process faster.
Apply early. Remote jobs can receive a lot of applications. Try applying within the first 24–48 hours whenever possible.
Tailor your resume. Your resume should include relevant skills and keywords from the job description, especially when applying through an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Check your email daily. Recruiters may send assessments, interview invitations, or requests for additional information with a limited response window.
Answer unknown calls. If you’re actively applying for jobs, an unfamiliar number could be a recruiter trying to reach you.
Keep applying. Don’t stop your job search just because you’ve completed an interview or assessment. Keep submitting applications until you’ve accepted an offer that’s right for you.
Finding a legitimate work-from-home job can sometimes feel like a waiting game, but some companies really do move fast.
In my personal experience, these seven companies moved me through the hiring process within approximately one week:
- Lincoln Financial Group
- Dynata
- Williams-Sonoma
- ResultsCX
- Anthology
- Activus Connect
- Computer Generated Solutions (CGS)
Remember, your experience may be different from mine. Hiring needs and timelines change, so I recommend checking each company’s official career page regularly and applying as soon as you find a position that fits your experience.
And one last thing…
